A B2B sales team was managing leads across multiple disconnected platforms β€” Smartlead, Heyreach, Airtable, and a Supabase database. Data was constantly out of sync, leads fell through the cracks, and response times suffered.

We designed and built 14 interconnected n8n workflows that orchestrate the entire lead lifecycle across all platforms. A single source of truth database in Supabase handles deduplication, status tracking, and sync across all tools.
