Does Company Brain read our Slack messages or code?
By default, Company Brain processes metadata only — that a message was sent, not what it said. However, with your explicit consent, it can ingest content from public Slack channels, meeting transcripts, and documentation to build a searchable knowledge base. You always control what gets indexed.
Who can see the insights?
This is fully configurable. You decide who sees what — team-level dashboards can be visible to managers only, to specific teams, or across the whole organization.
How quickly will we see insights?
First analysis runs within 24-48 hours after connecting your tools. The AI needs a few days of data to establish baseline patterns, but you'll see initial insights immediately.
What if we use tools that aren't listed?
We can build custom integrations for additional tools. Company Brain's architecture is designed to ingest activity data from any tool with an API or webhook support.
