The Solution
We built a Make.com workflow that handles the full invoice lifecycle: generation from templates, smart filing based on business rules, and automated email delivery with proper attachments.
Technical Approach
Make.com pulls transaction data from Airtable, generates invoices via Google Docs API with correct formatting, saves to dynamically determined Google Drive folders, and emails completed invoices to clients. Bubble.io records are updated with delivery status.
